1. The Security Filter
Before looking at rates, we look at legal jurisdiction. We only index platforms that provide:
- Escrow Protection: Funds are held neutral until work is approved.
- IP Transfer: Terms of Service must explicitly assign IP rights to the buyer.
- Dispuite Resolution: A standardized arbitration process.
2. The "Median Rate" Method
We ignore "starting at" prices ($5). They are clickbait. Instead, we analyze the median historical transaction price for completed contracts with a 4.8+ star rating.
This gives you the "Real" price of quality—the amount you need to pay to get the job done right the first time, not the cheapest price that leads to failure.
